Check the ver. of Win95 - Microsoft Windows 95 ver. 4.00.950a
If is different install Service Pack 1 for Win95 - download from www.microsoft.com
Install Pen Service 2 for Win95 - download file "ps20.exe"
from ftp://stg.net/pen/ibm/
Decompress the ps20.exe to empty floppy.
Install the pen service from floppy by: Select
Control Panel - Add Remove Programs - Windows Setup - Have disk
Reboot - select ThinkPad 360P, 360PE
Reboot and the pen will work ok.
