GRiD 2260

I just recently became an owner of a 2260, and wat I know about them could fit on the head of the pen..if I had one.
I have an a/c adaptor, d/c adaptor floopy drive, and a dead battery.
Can this computer be used with Windows 3.1, or is it exclusive to Pen computing?..
I dont know whether it is worth spending money on..
help??
