I made a mistake with my Grid 1755, please help!

I mistakenly ran the Tandy setup disk, now my system thinks it has a 120M hard drive. I formatted it at 80M, and can access it, but not boot off of it. When I try to run the Grid 1755 setup, it says that I have a hard drive controller error. What can I do to remedy this?
