Gridcase 1520 - Invalid configuration Informatio Code 02

I also have gotten the Code 02 error on booting the Grid 1520. Has anyone figured out how to get around it?.. Hitting ctrl-alt-del as someone suggested doesn't work. I have downloaded files from ari-service and tried them, but that doesnt help either. Anyone got any ideas.????? Send any replies to sgevanssr@aol.com.
