thanks for the information. But I solved the problem: During the last week I left the buffer battery (3.5 V) disconnected. This seemed to be enough time to delete the BIOS / CMOS information. The password is not required anymore during booting up the laptop!!!
To my surprise, leaving the battery disconnected overnight (what I did one week ago) seemed not to be enough time. The next day the password still was required.
